CTIRP equivalent between Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center

Our client has hundreds of DIDs coming to CUCM and get to UCCX for routing. Multiple locations across country get calls to WxC DIDs and if location is closed or hunt group members are not picking up calls to be forwarded to WxCC - we need ability to do this on-net without hair-pinning calls via PSTN to reach WxCC. thanks
