Incoming caller ID on Webex Teams (Unified CM) should include the caller ID name and telephone number.

Preface: It is understood that the calling party determines what is passed to the called party.

This request is for both the Caller Name and Caller Telephone number to be displayed within the incoming call notification in Webex Teams. In the case of a wireless caller that has not updated their name, the incoming call notification would be named 'Wireless Caller' and include their telephone number.

Currently Webex Teams only displays the name 'Wireless Caller'. It does not display the telephone number until after the call is answered or if checking the call log.

On the other hand, Cisco IP Communicator displays both the name and number so a Wireless Caller would include the phone number to make a more educated guess as to if they want to answer the call or ignore.
