When working with a different email in Webex Teams as e.g. in CCO, running TAC cases through Webex Teams always breaks since TAC will invite you on a non-primary email alias. As authentication however forces you to only use the primary alias, it should be permitted to also add aliases to your primary account to have different conversations from different channels end up in the same Webex Teams account and client - no matter where it's coming from and what your personality is over there.
Hi Nick, can you please check this request? I think it is probably request for Teams instead of CI.
