See meetings for the entire day in the morning.

With our personal devices that registered on Control Hub, currently we can only see the scheduled meetings 5 minutes before the meeting time. It will be convenience to see all the meetings for the day in the morning. Either show up on the main screen or have a Calendar button that we can tap on to see all the meetings for the day.

So please consider implementing the function. Thank you.

This seems like a reasonable request to be and would be a normal expectation of attendees, both at the C suite / executive level, but for many attendees as well. For all of the reasons mentioned in this customer idea thread, I would like to see Cisco escalate addressing this request/need as quickly as possible.

This has come up for our personal device users as well. In many cases it is necessary for the team managing large, very important meeting sessions to ask everyone attending to join for an early "rehearsal" or "mic check" session well ahead of the meeting's start time. Understanding that there would be some undesirable impacts from simply changing OBTP behavior to display the Join button earlier, a Calendar display on the device (I think a Calendar button is a great solution for this) that shows all the user's scheduled meetings for the day with Join buttons / links next to those that are "joinable" from the device will solve two problems.

    1. The user will be able to access "joinable" meetings and events well before the start time, (think similarly to if they were using a laptop and opened Outlook to click the Join link up to 30 minutes or more early)

    2. The user would be able to see that an upcoming meeting is NOT "joinable" from the device (by either a separate icon display or lack of a Join button) and make a decision sooner that 5 minutes before start time on how to join using an alternate method.

When considering this use case, take into consideration someone who needs to be confident in their ability to join a meeting session and to also not be the last person who joins that meeting session especially when it is a very important meeting session and it is asked of them to join early. Also consider that from the user's perspective, the device should be able to provide as close to a universal single simple join experience across the board regardless of the target platform an in those situations where the device method cannot be used (Zoom w/o SIP, Teams w/o SIP, Google Meets, improperly formatted meeting invites, etc.) 5 minutes is not enough in many cases to adjust the expected joining method. Please also consider that executives with very busy schedules are not always using a laptop to conduct daily business and that manually drilling down into a meeting invite to see if it will be joinable is not a great experience.

Lastly, take manually dialing the meeting out of the equation. As stated previously, the desire is for a single, simple join experience. If there is a clickable link on another device (laptop or iPad) then using the Cisco device is less desirable when manual entry is required and the value of the platform is lost from the end user's perspective.

Our execs need to have an ability to see all meetings for the day displayed on the endpoint. Added value would come from an icon displayed that identifies whether they can join the meeting from the endpoint or not.
