This would be a nice to have for many clients transtioning from an on prem CUCM to Webex Calling, whereby calls are transcribed into either email or text as an option.
I was asked about this feature today. I see it was stated to be on the roadmap 2/25/2021. Almost exactly a year ago. Is there an ETA for this functionality to be released?
We are getting more requests for this as time goes on. Hopw this gets added soon. We can add in Dubber? But that requires additional costs for customers?
I cannot believe that when we moved from Spark Calling to Webex Calling we lost voicemail transcription. This is a huge, huge, huge, step backward. This is killing mobile productivity. It is time consuming to listen to voicemails. With transcription you can move much more quickly in determining what matters and what does not and then decide what calls to make in what order for what reason. The lack of this service destroys that productivity. This has to be fixed now or we are switching to another provider.
As a Webex Partner/Reseller I am getting asked by current, and/or potenial, customers about voicemail transcription. Webex has a lot going for it in the medical office industry; However, this is a big stumbling block for migrating medical offices.
if this is needed immediately this can currently be achieved through adding Dubber AI to the solution but that then does then require a third party play.
This has gone from a nice to have to a first level requirement in RFP's . We need this feature yesterday.
Brilliant, look forward to obtaining further details on this.
