Disable enter to send message when there are

Disable enter to send message when there are multiple lines of text

I usually type a message in multiple lines. Holding shift to enter a new line is not convenient to me. So I would like to use Alt+Enter to submit in stead in that case. When there are more than one line of text, Alt+Enter should be required to submit. Otherwise Enter is used to submit.
