Caller from company ABC calls into our main line receptionist group. They transfer the call to Webex user. While doing the transfer the caller ID shows the receptionist until the recept completes the transfer. At that time the caller ID shows the originating caller (great!). But in the webex app call log it only shows the recept call. This is reproducible 100% of the time. So when end user is in meetings for an entire day, their call log shows recept, recept, recept, but they don't know who was actually calling.
This is the way the call control platform works and it would be significant work to change it.
