Host ability to Video Mute SX and DX units matching the ability to do so on the WebEx Client App

I would like the ability for the Host to Video mute Hardware Endpoints including the SX and DX units. This function is in the meeting rooms but does not work with hardware endpoints. There is a KB that tells you this can be done, however it does not explain limitations and requirements for this feature to work. When a hardware endpoint is in the meeting the Video mute option is grayed out.

This would be very helpful for a host to stop inappropriate behavior of an attendee. We can expel the person, however when a hardware endpoint is in use, its typically in a scenario of a meeting room having multiple attendee's. It is very disruptive to have them join back into the meeting when a simple video mute toggle would work for this need.
