Often our customers do not wish to save chat history. While other customers rely heavily on their chat history to refer back to previous information/reminders/etc.

It would be good to have the option for users to choose based on their individual preference. An option within the Webex Application or in their preferences on their Webex site to enable/disable automatic save chat history.
