We need to be able to send different caller ID number and CNAM for internal and external calls. Currently if we push the business name on it also shows for internal extension to extension calls making it very difficult to know who is calling you.
This is possible now I think, right? I see new settings under User details view > Calling > Caller ID "External Caller ID Name" which seems to indicate it is finally implemented!

Is this still not possible? This would be a deal breaker for our organization moving to WebEx Calling. We need the company name or location name to be displayed as outbound caller ID name for external calls, but the user's name and extension for internal calls.
