Indicate language preference by individual meeting vs. in account preferences

We offer classes in both English and Spanish. We are unable to choose language preference by meeting, and can only set ONE language in our account preference settings. Our Spanish speakers are receiving WebEx reminders and messages in English instead of Spanish, which is highly confusing for them.
