Add additional reference (label) to display names in meetings to put context to conversations. This would take away people guessing what role they play in their organisation, in the meeting, or in life.

Field should be dynamic during meetings with a default in settings on profile to update/add clarity within the meeting itself and could be used to tag/label/identify context in the meeting or in organisation.

Field could be displayed by default, or by hovering over person/click on person. Current hover shows name shown in video thumbnail already.

eg: could be used to identify role in meeting, title in organisation, dynamic team allocation in meeting for group activities
