User Community Feedback

Because I only use one WebEx room for all my hearings and I have large dockets, I usually have between 15-30 people (or more) in my waiting room "waiting to join." I do not bring everyone into the virtual courtroom for all the hearings because it is too distracting. Rather, I bring the parties into the virtual courtroom from the waiting room when I call their case. Thus, many people are in my waiting room at all times. Because the box size of "waiting to join" is so small, often times I have to continue to scroll through the list to try and find people. I was just wondering if there was anyway to increase the size of the "waiting to join" box so that I could see more names of those waiting to join.
