For content sharing in Messaging have an option on which external organizations you can share with

This would allow us to block file sharing with organizations that we don't want to be able to share content with. We need more granular controls so that we can open up sharing thru our internal network by SMTP domain vs IP addresses and have the ability to block external sharing based on SMTP domains.
