Optimise for motion and video to be enabled in Events

Now that lot of our customers have started using events for large events, this is one of the key feature that all my customers are looking for.

Event module used when for larger audiences and usually higher level profile, yet the content share frame rate isn't guaranteed and the animations on slides is almost non-existent? Please rectify this and enable the optimize for motion for Events.
