Jabber for Microsoft Teams: Access Home Number in Outlook Contacts

Right now, when I search for a contact in the Jabber for Microsoft Teams app/plug-in, it will not present the Home Phone Number as an option. It will present the others, but not Home Phone Number.


This seems like a bug to me, but after opening a case, they told me that engineering said this is working by design and Home phone number is not supported and to submit a feature enhancement.

    I see the status has changed to Not Likely to implement. That's unfortunate.

    In lieu of this, could we please ask the team to update the documentation so end users know what to expect? Include a limitations section perhaps? It would have saved me and your tech team a few hours of troubleshooting and I suspect it would save more.
