Create a list of already created rules for a registration of a meeting.

Right now when you create a rule for a registration of a meeting after you save it it disappears. There is not a menu of a list which displays the already created rules for the registration of a meeting so that later on if you decide to modify one rule you could just open it and adjust it as you like, right now we need to re-schedule a whole meeting to do that.

This is an issue beacuse one cannot view the approval filteres that are setup. It must be fixed as an issue and not wait for being added as an improvemnt/feature.
