Agree. Should be able to be autosaved for each session and breakout session. as currently configured if you close the meeting and forget to save the chat there is NO WAY to retrieve it. We are using webex for student hearings. Need to be able to save the chat for our records. Would like a setting that would allow - save all chats - setting in webex or something to do that within the meeting for that meeting automatically when the meeting ends.

As an administrator in an adult vocational education program with a strict anti-harassment policy, it is important for us to be able to document not only which students were assigned to a breakout session, as well as the chat history within those breakout sessions. Like any organization, despite communicating our strict anti-harassment policy and class code of conduct, we still have those in our organization that violate these policies often enough that we are required to take corrective actions. In this environment, it is crucial that we are able to document as much information as we can when investigating and resolving these incidents. I'm sure you're all aware of the phenomenon where people become more emboldened to say things that they normally wouldn't say in the presence of others when they are communication from behind a keyboard and monitor. If I am the first to make this type of request I would be surprised as i know that most educational institutions are facilitating virtual training sessions and I would suspect have similar expectations of conduct within their class sessions. I hope this is something that we can see in a release in the very future. Our Administrative takes very seriously the obligation to ensure that all of our students can attend class in a safe environment, free from harassment, bullying, and other inappropriate conduct. Thank you in advance for your consideration on this matter.
