Allow to disable functionality that blocks AltGr+C shortcut (or Ctrl+Alt+C)

With the new version of Webex Teams (41.9.0.19961), there is no possibility to write Polish letter "ć", because AltGr + C seems to be blocked by something else. This letter is often used in daily conversations.

I'm not releasing Alt key. In order to make a "ć" character, you have to hold AltGr (or Ctrl+Alt) and then press C key.

Problem is that Ctrl+Alt+C is being captured by "Start an audio call (from search)" functionality.

There is no way to turn these off permanently. If you press the Alt key and release it, you will get them. If you want to use an Alt+some other key as a shortcut, don't release the Alt key until you press the other key.

Seems that the above shortcut is affected by Ctrl + Alt + C functionality (start an audio call). We use AltGr + C, where AltGr is a shortcut to Ctrl + Alt.
