Webex Teams / Webex room&personal devices ActiveControl in CMS space calls

Today on-premise devices (CUCM registered) are able to see meeting roster list on cloud Webex meetings see here.

Customers are asking for same capabilities when calling from Webex cloud registered devices or clients to Cisco Meeting Server meetings (dialed as SIP and going through L2SIP component).
