E.g. If I change settings for users on UCM Calling (e.g. activate/deactivate Voicemail/Pickup Group/Huntgroup, even Voice Service Domain) then the user needs to restart the Webex App to get the changes.
This makes no sense.
We had in the past Unify (Siemens) OpenSCape Desktop Client where the user got a popup to restart the client to get the new Features as soon as something was changed at the server side.
Webex has its own automatic update solution that is independent from the Windows operating system. The app can automatically update without the knowledge of the Windows operating system, so the installed version of the app may be different from the version the user sees while using the app.
