Users Export/Import with Webex Calling Features

From Webex Control Hub, we can export users in a CSV file but this does not include Webex Calling related features or services. The CSV file does not show which Webex Calling features are activated/deactivated per User. Also, it is not possible to activate or deactivate Webex Calling features in bulk using CSV file. The existing import/export functionality should include Webex Calling related features/services.

    Hi Alec, Thank you for the update. I saw it in the Collaboration Roadmap. Eagarly waiting for it.

    User Feature CSV upload is currently planned for CYQ2 2022.
