Allow a Control Hub Administrator to Change Scheduling Permissions for Users

There are situations in which it is not possible for someone to set their own Scheduler Permissions on their account page. When this is needed urgently, for example when a scheduler needs to create a meeting on an executive's calendar and add Webex to the meeting on their behalf, it creates an administrative burden for us to do this for the user by exporting, changing, and re-importing the Bulk User worksheet. If the Scheduling Permissions could be adjusted in the users Advanced Settings page this would be a tremendous help.

When users have given Outlook rights to assistants, Webex administrators need the ability to give the Webex rights to assistants in Control Hub so the user does not need to go edit their Webex profile. Zoom has this capability.

We have users that can't set their own settings, also shared calendars that can only be updated by running an Export and making the changes, re-importing. This is a painful process for site administrators.
