Access of the product to Visually Impaired person

The customer is visually impaired and he is using a blind translator. He is reporting because he cannot access our website. Advised him that our service does not have a support yet for visually impaired persons. According to him, there is an American Law that states that the product should not be limited to blind persons. Therefore we should be able to make it accessible for him also. Please update as he is planning to report Webex to department of Justice if not taken care of.
