Provide transcription txt file in Recording Details API response

Currently recording details API provide transcription VTT file which does not have speaker information. We would like to get Transcription TXT file as part of Recording Details API. We can't use Transcription API since it requires WebEx assistant to be enabled and we don't want to enable WebEx assistant.
