Adding a hold option on a Webex meeting

We would like to have a hold feature on Webex, Not just the mute and stop video.
If a user is on a webex and they receive a call on their cell. They would need to mute their microphone on webex, mute the speakers and posibbly stop video. would take 3 clicks. If there was a hold option that would be one click and the user can resume the webex once they are back.
