Host Personal Room from external phone

There's a handy feature for Webex Personal Rooms, which allows you to host a meeting from any phone: https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/35u5hd/Start-a-Webex-Instant-or-Personal-Room-Meeting-by-Phone


From testing it appears the feature has been disabled by the admin. You can host a meeting from a phone, but only if the meeting has been scheduled, if you add just a personal room to the invite the feature is not available.


Please can we have this enabled?
