Customers needs ability to mask Internal Calls (Caller ID) for various compliance and privacy reasons.
C level or superintendent may want to call someone internally but not reveal their direct number. Instead the call should be identified as another extension for their secretary for example. I would also like the ability to hide their extension from searchable directories.
Please provide examples where masking of caller-id for internal calls is required.., thanks
