Blur video when application is not foremost

When sharing video, it would be nice if my video would be blurred (or blacked) out when the Webex Meetings application is not the foremost application. For example, if I bring my email application to the front my Webex video would blur or be blacked out to others.


Similar functionality to Apple's Facetime application.
