Ability to Drill down for phone status

We are looking for a way to see what status an associate is on when on a phone call, currently it only shows Connected- but the associate can be in either HOLD or WRAP and we are unable to see these states as they are connected to being part of a phone call.

We need this to manage behavior within our business.
