Move the UI panel so it doesn't block content

When sharing content, the UI panel on the left side of the screen almost always blocks the content that is being shared... which defeats the purpose of sharing content in the first place. The currently-suggested solution (click on a window outside of the Webex application) is unfriendly and counter-intuitiave.
