Designate Event panelists or alternate/cohosts when scheduling an event via Outlook productivity tools

We can schedule a classic event via Outlook productivity tools but we cannot designate panelists. We can designate alternate hosts in productivity tools but we can't when it is scheduled from the Webex site. Why can't there be feature parity between the scheduling methods?
