Add support for entry and exit tone to JSON

Add support for entry and exit tone to JSON REST API

It would be helpful to be able to set the entry and exit tone on meetings through the JSON REST API.

https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/meetings/create-a-meeting

It is available through the XML API, but having the equivalent through the REST API would make it easier to use and more discoverable since that is what any new integration would be built with.
