the question was raised for on mobile (Android/IOS). On a PC you read the 6digit code from you mobile, so copy/paste is not possible that way. (I just provided a PC screenshot because that was easier for me to take a screenshot and attach to the ticket).
Hope it is clear now that it should be solved on the Mobile APP.

Attached requested screenshot. It's from the desktop client, but it's the same on the mobile app.
You need to add the MFA 6-digit code after typing your email address and password to login. But on the mobile app you can't do a copy/paste, which is very inconvenient as eg the DUO app which created the 6digit code is also on your mobile of course.
The most customer friendly method would obviously be that the Webex client automatically picks up the 6 digit code like some other apps already do today. But a copy/paste function would already improve the customer experience a lot.
PS: You only get this of course if you enable the MFA function on the customer account.
