When we want to use a space for an announcement, we want to add participants that can be upwards of 10,000 people. We do not want someone to look at other and start to ping them creating an unsolicited conversation which can lead to counter corporate policies.

We need to hide the participants from the list view so that they are anonymous to our audience.

I understand that the Seen functionality is separate but we need to make it harder for people to see a spectrum of who people are, etc.

We are concerned about confidentiality and privacy to safeguard against distributing user lists to 3rd party partners or worse.
