It has been brought to our attention that there is a discrepancy between joining a Webex personal via the “Meetings” tab on an IOS mobile device and the desktop app.

In the desktop app, you can join a Webex Personal Room by going to the “Meetings” tab > click on “Join a meeting” button > In the search bar, input the user’s name.

However, the navigation on the IOS mobile device to another user’s personal room via the “Meetings” tab differ. You’d have to do the following: Go to the “Meetings” tab > In the search bar, input the user’s name > In the personal chat, click on the three vertical dotted tab > Click on Info > View Contact Card > At the bottom, click on the section “Personal Room” > At this point, there’ll be a pop up in the other app Webex Meetings

Is there any future plan/ timetable for easability of joining a Webex personal room via an IOS mobile device? They should be consistent across the board.
