Its not an innovative idea. I feel this feature is missing.
User should be able to..
See the availability status of the email participants in the outlook.
open a chat with end user directly from the email and start conversing rather going back webex and searching the name and if person seems to be offline it further disappoints as conversation didnt not move.
Start the call from outlook after clicking on the email.
Basic feature all competitor product has this feature. As I am used to it, using webex is not friendly to me.
