Change SIP protocol handler in "Alternative instructions for VTC"

When using Cisco CVI for Microsoft Teams, the generated invitation contains a link containing alternative connection instructions, among which there is a SIP URI in the format <meeting number>.<domain>@m.webex.com. By clicking on this URI, it is impossible to use the sip: handler and start a call for example, from Jabber, since this link has an
https: handler. If https: handler were replaced with sip: then this would provide a more convenient user experience.

    Admin response

The original design was to have those as SIP protocol handlers. We filed a bug to fix it.
