Keep self video visible when toggling Hide participant video - Privacy concern

Problem statement

Using View > Show Participant Video (Ctrl+Shift+X) hides all video including the user's own "self view", desipite the user's camera remaining ON and the video continuing to be shared with other guests. The UI shows the user's panel with no video, just their avatar, like you see when you have stopped sharing video, but the video remains on. See attached screenshot.

This is very misleading and confusing for users and can lead to privacy complaints.

Suggested solution

The user's own video should not be considered Participant Video, and should remain visible to the user, making it clear that video is on and being shared to others in the meeting
