Enable short URL for Allow the following URL

Enable short URL for Allow the following URL domain names option in the Webex configuration.

Right now we have to enter domain names of the URLS you need to use in Webex Trainings, but the short URL format does not work. We need to mention the short URL domain as per the name. Example: short URL’s like https://youtu.be/58nf-oCU5E4 which translated to this URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58nf-oCU5E4&t=1s
