Suppress double meeting notifications when paired to a personalized Webex Desk

Currently with a personalized Webex Desk device and the Webex app users receive double pop up meeting notifications - one on the Webex Device and one on the Webex app. When the user is paired to a personalized Webex Desk device the notifications in the Webex app must be surpressed.
