Allow for the associate to CONSULT to an EP for time of day routing versus Queue which does not hold Time of Day. this will prevent any calls routed outside of hours of operations to get through the system
As we are attempting to maintain one call session id for a call we would like the Consult to EP (which will bring over the original session ID) to function as needed. This will allow for us to provide all EPs to our associates however will not require a dial number and therefore not create a duplicate record.

Consult to EP does not work- it only works for Consult to Queue.
