To reset the 2-factor authenticator, we had to first reset our password in WebEx which logged us all the way in, log out, and then exit the browser. Only when we tried logging in the second time in a new browser did it ask us to reset the 2-factor authentication.
This is confusing at best and at worst a security risk. It would be better to do this in one step without having to logout and back in or kill the browser and restart it. It seems like you could at least not cache the session in the browser if the user just reset their password.
