When trying to share a cloud recording with other individuals, there isn't a clear and obvious layout that explains exactly if the shared link will be viewed properly by the said individual. The organization admins have the ability to exclude sharing a recording link with participants outside of the organization, but the hosts might not even know that this could be a possibility, and end up sharing it and confusing other parties who need to view the recording.

We would like to request a simple explanation, or a pop message, that will indicate exactly who are the expected audience to share the recording link with, to avoid any disturbance and/or consumption of unnecessary time trying to realize that the link can not be opened due to the settings established.
