Delete claimed users in old organisation

If a user is claimed in a new organization, it remains in the old organization with the addition ".convert-user.local". This is not automatically deleted at this time. This leads to configuration spawns and uncertainty whether the user has really been transferred. It would make sense to delete this user automatically when it has been activated in the new organization.
