The ability to create spaces in Webex Teams that can be made searchable by the entire org for organization wide topics.

Instead of writing the functionality into the app, Cisco released an Open Source bot called EURL. Source code is here: https://github.com/webex/eurl They also host it publicly, which sends all of the communication in the space to their bot. I suspect that's not appropriate for your use case but if it is, check it out here: https://apphub.webex.com/applications/eurl-cisco-systems-77671
