Reports showing all the spaces in the organization (internal and external)

A compliance officer should be able to have a specific report that shows a list of all the Webex spaces (Space names and IDs) that are under a certain organization or domain. This way the compliance regulatory will be more efficient as the officer would have more insight on what spaces are being utilized by the users.

    Allowing self service through the Web API would be ideal. If a compliance officer role was used to make requests to the Web api, (ie. a get request to the teams, or rooms (spaces)) that could return the list of all teams/spaces for the organization since the CO is authorized to do this and the spark scopes are there. This would allow for custom/self serve reporting and/or team/space interactions via the CO.
