Disable (or change the position) of the option "create a space" when forwarding a message to someone

when trying to search for a person to forward the message , the option "create a space" appears on the top of the list then the person's name, this may be unpleasant and we would like to have the option to either perhaps disable it when forwarding a message, or change its position as not to appear on the top of the results
