External Admin in meeting Invites

When going to your Webex site and scheduling a meeting as a regular user and filling out attendees the external admins will show. As a provider this is not ideal as it leaks your internal emails of your support team to the customer. As well these are not users that should be shown as people the customer can invite to the meeting.

    Hey Tony,

    Hard to attach a screenshot without exposing any info. But if you use the online scheduler for webex meetings you can see the admins that are on control hub under external admins when searching for people to invite.

    Hi Alexander - I am not 100% sure what you mean by external admin and their details showing.... Showing where ?
    Could you attach some screen shots to show what you mean ?
