Better Third Party Headset Implementation

Hi

Are there any plans to implement tap to answer on headsets with Webex? I know it works on Broadworks UC-One using a Poly or Yealink headsets with the enablement of third party connectors, and users have to click on answer on Webex pop up.

Would be a handy implementation for users with wireless headsets in case they are not next to their computer when a call comes in.

Thanks

Hi Ames, thank you for your quick reply, our customers use Savi 8240 UC, along with various other (older) Savi devices, would this devices, at least Savi 8200 Series also work with Savi73xx implementation?

Some customers need Headset Support of Poly Savi series very quickly, would be great if Cisco will add support for this Headset series soon

We have implemented the use of certain third party headsets call control keys to answer/end calling when using the WebEx App, please refer to this page for the already-supported third party models: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nrivbbab/Webex-App-%7C-Details-about-headset-support. And we are constantly working to support more models.
